Promise 1 of 3

Price Promise

You pick the speed. We lock the price. The quote is the contract.

Why this matters

The dirty open secret of auto transport pricing

Many brokers quote low to win your business. Then they try to find a carrier willing to move your car at that price. If no one accepts it, they call you back asking for more money. That's the bait-and-bump: the first quote gets you in, the second quote is the real price.

It's the reason auto transport reviews online are full of customers feeling burned. The original quote was bait. The real number was always going to be higher, but the broker needed to lock you in before showing it.

We don't do that. The price you book is the price you pay. Period.

How our pricing works

Why our locked price holds

Our quote is based on what carriers are actually accepting today on your route, not old averages or wishful thinking. We check the current market, add a fair margin, and give you a locked price before you book. The number you see is the number you pay.

Some brokers price your shipment using averages from past loads. Others post your car on a broker-only marketplace and wait to see what offers come in. Both can produce a number that looks good on the page but does not survive contact with reality. When the broker cannot get a carrier at that number, they call you for more money.

We avoid that problem at the source. By using today's actual carrier prices, our locked price is built to hold.

Most flexible. Best value when your timeline can flex.

Best for: Snowbirds, college moves, planned relocations

Most popular

Priority

Questions about pricing

What if a carrier wants more money to take my car?
That's our problem, not yours. The price you booked is the price you pay. If a carrier wants to charge more, we either find a different carrier or absorb the difference. Your invoice does not change after booking.
What does the locked price include?
Door-to-door transport from your origin to destination, standard loading and unloading, basic carrier insurance coverage during transit, real-time tracking access, photo evidence at pickup and delivery, and a named coordinator from quote through delivery. Taxes, where applicable, are included.
What's NOT included in the price?
Inoperable vehicle surcharges (winching/heavy equipment), oversized vehicle premiums (lifted trucks, dual axles), enclosed-trailer upgrades, and additional insurance beyond standard cargo coverage. We always flag any add-on cost before you book — never after.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation up until carrier assignment. After assignment, cancellation may incur a small dispatch fee, which we'll always disclose before applying. Rescheduling within your service tier's window is always free.
How is your price determined?
Three factors: distance, vehicle type, and tier urgency (Standby, Priority, or Expedited). We pull live carrier rates from our verified network and add a transparent operations margin. No surge pricing. No bid-against-yourself markups.
Why don't other brokers do this?
Most brokers operate on a bid model: they post your shipment to a carrier marketplace and accept whichever bid wins. The original quote is just a guess — when actual costs come in higher, you eat the difference or your shipment gets stuck. We pre-negotiate carrier rates and absorb price variance ourselves. It's a different business model, not a different industry.
Do you charge a booking deposit?
Yes. Like many established brokers, we collect a small booking deposit when you choose to move forward. The deposit goes toward your final invoice. The difference is what happens next: we do not use your deposit as leverage for a price change. Bad brokers use the deposit as a hostage to renegotiate the price up after you have committed. We use ours to cover the dispatch work, and the locked price holds because it was based on today's actual market in the first place. If a carrier cannot be confirmed at your locked price (rare on our active corridors), we tell you upfront. You decide what happens next: hold, adjust, or refund your deposit.
